Refund Policy
At Nudus Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking an appointment.
1. No Refunds on Services
Due to the nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds for any completed services, including but not limited to:
• Aesthetic treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, facials, fat dissolving, PMU, massages, cellulite reduction, skin treatments).
• Consultations and skin assessments.
• Prepaid packages or treatment courses.
All treatments are provided following a consultation, during which we discuss expected results, risks, and suitability. While we aim for the best possible outcome, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific results.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Once a treatment has been provided, refunds will not be issued if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the results. If you experience concerns, we encourage you to book a follow-up appointment so we can assess and, if necessary, discuss corrective options.
3. Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
• If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel late (less than 48 hours), you may lose your deposit or be charged a cancellation fee.
4. Product Refunds
For skincare or retail products:
• Refunds/exchanges are not provided unless the item is faulty or defective.
• Products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a treatment was not performed in line with our professional and ethical standards. In such cases, management will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
